Recommended use

1. Cleanse the skin
2. Apply a toner, we recommend the Milk Thistle Repair Toner following with a serum, we recommend the Milk Thistle Repair Serum
3. Place the mask on your face and gently smooth out the mask to make sure there are no wrinkles. Leave it on up to ~20 minutes.
4. Remove the mask and gently pat the skin with your finger tips to absorbe the remaining essence.
5. Use the remaining in the bag essence to apply to other problem areas such as elbows, knees, etc.
