How to use the Bifida Complex Ampoule

  1. After cleansing, take a few drops of the Bifida Complex Ampoule onto the palm and evenly apply to the skin.
    Dry/very dry skin: 6-7 drops.
    Normal/oily skin: 4-5 drops.
  2. Tab with finger tips over the face to help the essence get absorbed.
  3. Follow with a moisturizer cream or lotion.

For maximum results, apply the ampoule around 10PM when your skin metabolism is at the peak.
